The Opposition Period for the trademark is three months from the date of Publication of the Trademark in the Official Gazette.

The Initial Trademark Registration term in Bhutan is ten years from the Date of Application, renewable every ten years on payment of the required fee.

The Grace Period for Trademark Renewal in Bhutan is six months, and the Non-Use Cancellation Period is three years from the date of registration.
